HECER Discussion Papers

HECER Discussion Papers are published in Helda. If you wish to have your paper published in the HECER Series, please fill in the E-lomake form.

The following procedure concerning the submission of papers to the DP series has been agreed on:

●  Professors and researchers with PhD degree can submit their papers directly
●  to the series.
●  Doctoral students wishing to submit a paper to the DP series should first give
●  the paper to their thesis advisor, and after possible revisions the paper can be
●  submitted to the DP series. When the student's paper is ready for the DP series
●  the thesis advisor can simply send "his/her can be published in HECER DP Series" ●  message to info-hecer@helsinki.fi.

Since our aim is to maximize the "circulation and visibility" of the HECER DPs on international platforms, authors are expected to pay special attention to language.

HECER with its member departments has committed to the good scientific practice.

Instructions how to use E-lomake

Before filling in the E-lomake form, make sure your paper is in PDF form. Don't create your own cover pages to the paper: the PDF should start from the introduction without e.g. abstract or empty pages in the beginning. You need to attach your paper (PDF) to the E-lomake form.

Cover pages

The HECER administration creates the cover pages for your DP. The cover pages include abstract, keywords, JEL classifications and contact information. The HECER administration gets all the necessary information for the cover pages from the E-lomake.
