Overview

FDPE has 20 fellowships available for promising and successful doctoral economics students enrolled in the Finnish universities. A successful doctoral student can have a fellowship for a maximum of 4 years. These positions are filled annually during the latter part of the spring term. The fellowships are financed by the Ministry of Education and the Academy of Finland.

Travel grants for GS fellows

FDPE has limited funds for travel grants to FDPE graduate student fellows. Grants are given for presentation of a paper at an international conference. Applications should be sent to the Steering Committee of FDPE.

FDPE has also limited funds for travel grants to FDPE graduate students fellows in order to participate in foreign Ph.D. courses.
