The Helsinki Center of Economic Research (HECER) and the World
Institute for Development Economics Research (UNU-WIDER) will jointly organize
the Nordic Conference in Development Economics 2010 on 18-19 June.
The conference will take place at University of Helsinki,
Economicum building. The address of the conference venue is Arkadiankatu 7,
Helsinki, Finland.

Luc Soete (UNU-MERIT)
Luc Soete is Director of UNU-MERIT (the United Nations University-
Maastricht Economic and social Research and training centre on Innovation and
Technology). He is also Professor of International Economic Relations at the
Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Maastricht.
